Lou, I would just go ahead and up the O2 to 5. If you SATS are

dropping that much then you obviously need more oxygen, but DO call

the office and get an appointment.

Do you have a face mask to use with your O2?

AND, if you start becoming REALLY short of breath, go to the ER and be

seen by a doctor.

I'd go ahead an turn the O2 up too. Even to 6 or more, if that's what it takes to get enough O2 in. If it's come on suddenly you might be at the start of a chest infection. As Babs said, if it gets worse get yourself to ER.
