Guest guest
Could someone tell me what I need to do to be able to read Kroyer's food pyramid? I can open the file, but can't read it. Thanks, Sharon __________________________________________________
Guest guest
If you're trying to read it in your browser, some people have also had problems doing that. Instead, try saving it to your hard drive and opening it with Microsoft Photo Editor or another image program. Also, when viewing it that way, make sure that your " zoom " is set to 100%. If it's lower than that, it will definitely be too grainy to read. Also, I'm hoping to redo the pyramid sometime relatively soon. When I do, I'm going to take more care to create an easily readable version. The version that's up there right now was a really preliminary version intended more to elicit comments than to be a guide to others. I was hoping that I could use others critiques to fine-tune it. So far I haven't gotten very many comments (two, I think) so I'm choosing to interpret that as meaning that I'm not far off... If you're able to read it, please let me know if you have critiques... Guest guest
: no apologies necessary. Your " rant " was great. Let's hope that a new, better food pyramid emerges. It's way overdue. Imagine if Dr. W could have an input into a new food pyramid. If you read the article I posted, one such needed improvement would be fruits and veggies at the base of the pyramid (ie the largest intake). on 1/16/2003 10:40 AM, Hipp at @... wrote: > The majority of these " studies " are one of two things: a) some Big Food > corporate interest trying to gain approval or marketshare for their latest > product, or just another attempt to convert us all into good little > vegetarians who never go to Mc's. > > End of rant ... with most humble apologies. > >
