In particular, I was thinking about the spirulina and the bee pollen. How do people eat these (in what, how often, etc.)? How much? Any recommended brands, etc? The guy is fanatical about his product, pure, subject to little or no heat (even down to mixing for less than 30 seconds!), no fillers, binders, etc. It was developed for people who were dying and had a difficult time getting any REAL nutrition in the body.
