I take Trazadone daily and for sleep, a combination of Restoril and Sonata

prescribed by my Psychiatrist.... But let me tell you I have been through a lot

of sleep meds....

In the beginning, Ambien, then Ambien CR, then Lunesta (but it gave me a

HORRIBLE taste in my mouth...enough to stop it), Rozerum (did nothing), even the

old Rx Halcion. I took that for 3 years, both while I was in the Army hospital

and after I got home. That was almost 20 years ago now....It was the BEST

!!!! Now, it is like taking an aspirin!

So, you see, it is all the individual...she can also go holistic and try

Melatonin 3gr up to 5gr, which is sold in most drug stores and over the net.

Puritan's Pride is an excellent source for Supplements and Vitamins.....they

have

terrific sales and are superb quality.
