Dunno whether this is at all what you're looking for, but I just made

pickled salmon from the recipe in NT, and it's almost a salad by

itself. Delicious! I bet you could use the salmon marinade instead of

vinegar in salad dressing and incorporate the salmon, dill, mustard seeds,

and onion into a delicious salad.

ah lol, didnt even notice the pickled salmon in NT. will read that

Actually, raw salmon is tasty in its plain form. If Trader Joe's is not far,

it carries wild salmon, in its frozen section.
