I don't see pollock fish in NT. The IGA has 10 lbs. from Alaska at a good

price. Would this be a healthy addition to our diet?

Recently, my 5 year old spilled about a half a gallon of raw milk. After

cleaning my own jars, driving about 50 miles, being sure my ice chest is

clean and cold, it difinitely gives new meaning to " don't cry over spilled

milk " . I made an extra trip to 'refill' my jars today and it is difinitely

worth it!

As a hypoglycemic, I have had a problem with insomnia and it has disappeared

since I began drinking raw milk.
