Guest guest
Sher/Peggy Thats one of those things so deceptive. Peggy is beautiful. I remember how beautiful Gwynne was at 10 and 15 liters. I think we are so deceptive to those who don't know. There is no one I've met or any picture I've looked at here in which anyone looks equal to their disease. But thats good. I sure don't want to look like someone who is turning the oxygen up and got a horrible disease if I don't have to. Peggy I'm hoping with a few days rest that you'll see things back to where they were recently. I don't know all those things that affect us. Sometimes its tired the day before, sometimes the weather, sometimes the pollen, sometimes how much sleep we got and sometimes who knows. I know this morning my sats were lousy at my normal levels of oxygen. All I could figure out is that I didn't get enough sleep (had to get up early) and my tiredness was just affecting my breathing. Now today I had to do things and it improved as the day went on, but still a lower day than normal. However, one thing I have found that helps me sometimes when the sats just are lower for no known reason is to do breathing exercises, using my spirometer or other exercises. I know it may be my lungs deteriorating but also sometimes I just seem to forget to breathe right. Seems like I would have learned that in 58 years. It is especially true with pulse/demand as the number of breaths you take per minute very much impacts how much oxygen you're getting. This morning I just couldn't use pulse when I was out. This afternoon I could turned up. Who knows tomorrow. But when tired I would recommend some breathing exercises because if tired we just don't breathe like we do when well rested. > > Peggy....yes! the flowers are beautiful but I noticed you first.......you are beautiful too and if it weren't for the hose we need you don't even look sick!!!
