But wow, some of the shows are really getting rank! And in prime time too. I just turn 'em off. I'm back on the treadmill. Did 10 min. today at 1.9. A reality show should film that! Guest guest
Sher, I think that's an excellent idea....pretty funny, film us huffin and puffin on our treadmills. Of course probably no one but us would find it entertaining. I HATE how sweaty I am when I get done...ugh and then I have to get in the car and drive home to shower. Ick!!! and double ick!! Guest guest
MB...I've been told working up that nasty sweat is good for us! I'm still at the very slow, easing in stage so I get heated but no sweats yet. I can look forward to that in a few more days! Mama-Sher, age 69.IPF 3/06, NSIP 4/08 OR. Guest guest
Sher, I have no doubt that it's good for me but it's still gross!! As long as our doctors have cleared us to exercise and we keep our sats up pretty much any physical activity is good for us. Just keep workin your way up a little at a time. Slow and steady, right?! Guest guest
MB....I didn't do treadmill today. Rich and I were doing our weekly grocery shopping. This store, that store. That was enough exercise for me. The O2 really helps though. By the time we came home I was ready! I'm in my pjs now and getting ready to sign off for the day. Sleep well!
