I used the recipe for brownies on my housemate's can of Ghirardelli cocoa,

but substituted carob powder for the cocoa, sucanat for the sugar, coconut

oil for the vegetable oil, and whole wheat flour for the minimal flour

called for. They were DELICIOUS! Not an everyday thing you should have, but

a wonderful occasional treat.

Not really(unless you have a vitamix), but I used my blender to grind the

sunflower seeds for that recipe. An electric grain mill wouldn't handle oily

seeds like sunflowers anyway. That recipe just really doesn't taste like

brownies either. Really close I guess for sunflower seeds but not quite

close enough for me:)
