Guest guest
I used the recipe for brownies on my housemate's can of Ghirardelli cocoa, but substituted carob powder for the cocoa, sucanat for the sugar, coconut oil for the vegetable oil, and whole wheat flour for the minimal flour called for. They were DELICIOUS! Not an everyday thing you should have, but a wonderful occasional treat. An electric grain mill wouldn't handle oily seeds like sunflowers anyway. That recipe just really doesn't taste like brownies either. Really close I guess for sunflower seeds but not quite close enough for me:) Marcella >From: " Carma Paden " <carmapaden@...> >Reply- > >Subject: grain mill options >Date: Mon, 11 Feb 2002 16:07:42 -0700 > >I'm probably not getting a grain mill anytime soon.
