Roxanne,

I'm sorry you're feeling lousy today. This disease really really stinks. In my opinion your intstincts are on track. Definitely call your doctor in the morning and if the chest pain/discomfort comes back or gets worse, go to the ER. It could be absolutely nothing. All of us have days when we just feel awful, more sob than usual etc. Sometimes it's related to the weather ( I always feel lousy when there's a front going through.) Sometimes I'm tired cause I've been pushing too hard and sometimes there is really no explanation. ly some days just suck!

But you don't want to take a chance that something else is going on. Something cardiac related or pneumonia or some other type of infection. So call the doctor and let him know how you've been feeling.

One question, forgive me for forgetting. Are you on supplemental oxygen? Do you monitor your saturations? More sob and chest pain can be a sign of low O2 levels. Maybe something to ask your doctor.

Try to rest and relax this evening and if something suddenly gets worse, please go to the ER.

Hugs!

Good evening all !I have previously been pain free except for the soreribs etc from all the coughing. But this morning Iawoke to an uncomfortable pain in the center of mychest. It passed but I've not felt right all day, more sob than usual and this tightness across themiddle of the chest.I'll call my dr in the morning, but thought I'd ask ifthis is something "normal" with the disease? Thanks everyone , it is so good to have this group totalk to.Roxanne age 58 S.C. Roxanne......What I would do, and I realize it's after 7pm where you're at, but I'd call the doc immediately, or go to the ER........I don't know alot, but I do know our hearts are susceptable to ............complications.

Thanks Beth,

No, I am not on 02 nor am I monitoring . Dr. hasn't

mentioned any need and each time I've had a 6mw my

saturation was always 94 or 95.

I guess it might be time to ask him huh?
