Joy,

So good to see your name pop up. Are you taking a sleep aid. I take a Xanax before bedtime and it settles me down a little. Also take an Ambien. I just don't sleep much. I dread nights. I would rather be awake. Weird, huh?

Have you thought of a wheelchair for festivals, etc. I hate it, but I just cannot walk very long. I think the lack of 02 getting to our extremeties make them hurt. Then the dull pain makes us sooooo tired.
