Ann, Yes any bit helps. I was diagnosed 2007 after a hospital stay. Did not have it before the hospital stay. The clubbing is new for the last few months. Just my nails right now noticed big change suddenly.

> I had the clubbing before I was Diagnosed, it is one of the reasons they did the lung biopsy. WE have been able to trace it back to 4 years before Dx.
