Guest guest
Hi and everyone i found that exercise catalog i mentioned... it's called 'The Complete Guide to Exercise Videos' and there is also a web site www.collagevideo.com but i have an older catalog from summer 1999, so i don't know if that site is still working... in the catalog there are exercise videos called: The Sit and Be Fit Series good for individuals who suffered from Stroke, MS, osteoporosis and arthritis etc... Bone building and Walking for Older Adults, Tai Chi, strengthening ... among others... There is a toll free number to order the videos and perhaps a copy of the catalog... 1- i have ordered videos before (long time ago) and never had a problem with them.. it explains what each video contains including length of each section like stretching, aerobics, cooldown, etc... which reminds me to order a new catalog myself and order something to help me out now... LOL... hope this helps, if any of you have questions, please ask away... i'll be glad to help ) love you all Carmela ********************* >From: Hob@... >Reply-To: Rpolychondritisegroups >To: Rpolychondritisegroups >Subject: Controlling weight gain >Date: Wed, 9 Aug 2000 11:29:41 EDT I also think I have seen TV exercise programs for people >who cannot get out of a chair on local PBS stations.
