According to the PFPC website, gelatin contains high amounts

of fluoride (http://bruha.com/fluoride/html/nutrition.html).

Unfortunately, the " gelatin " link on that page takes you

to a www.gelatin.com page that makes no mention of fluoride.

Does anyone have any knowledge of fluoride in gelatin?

Maybe I should be looking for " organic gelatin "

at the local health food store?

Qiana,

Store bought gelatins can be high in lead, fluoride and other

undesirables, heavy metals, etc... Generally speaking I recommend

making your own.
