You have 32 oz at 7:30 in the morning????? Wow, you're dedicated! I sip coffee

until around 9:00 and then start with the H2O.

Anyway, MIL wants to take us to dinner tonight. Mexican, I think. I'm going to

stay OP, though! I'll double check Dotti's site to see what foods would be

better than the Nachos Supreme that I used to get (around 20 points for the

whole thing! Ughhhh!).

Good morning Everyone!!!!

I am finaly back and caught up on e mails it has been so busy sory if I

missed anyones posts and congrats to all who are hanging in and losing. We are

having Tuna casserole tonight kind of boring but we are trying to clean the

cupboards out. Last nights salad with shrimp was really yummy. My salad was so

full of vegies I had to use a big bowl. Down 32 oz of water can you all catch

up...........

I have some more of the asiago basil pasta - as promised the brand name is Putney Pasta. It's made in Putney, Vermont. I couldn't find a website for it though. It comes in the freezer section, like the refrigerated pasta comes (in the plastic containers). And its fabulous. I'm not sure which kind we are having tonight, I bought two different kinds. Depending on the kind I will use a marinara or a pesto sauce :)

Oh, but you can have the cheese biscuits! That is the glory of WW! At Red

Lobster, they are 3.5 points each so be careful. I make the lite ones at home

and they are really very good.

" Red Lobster " Cheddar Biscuits

Makes 12 Muffins

Ingredients:

2 cups Bisquick, reduced-fat baking mix

3/4 cup low fat buttermilk (1% fat)

1 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese

2 tbsp Fleischmann's Fat-Free Buttery Spread

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes, crushed fine

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine the baking mix, milk and

cheddar

cheese in a medium bowl. Mix by hand until well combined. Divide

the dough

into 12 equal portions (about 3 tbsp each) and spoon onto a

lightly greased or

nonstick cookie sheet. Flatten each biscuit a bit with your

fingers. Bake for

18 to 20 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to

brown. In a small

bowl, combine the buttery spread with the garlic powder. Heat

this mixture

for 30 seconds in the microwave, then brush a light coating over

the top of

each biscuit. TIDBIT: To make fine parsley flakes, as can be

found on

the original, simply crush the flakes between your thumb and

forefinger.

SERVING SIZE: 1 biscuit

POINTS: 2.5

PER SERVING: 112 Calories, 3 g Fat, 0.5 g Fiber

(original recipe has 130 calories and 7 grams of fat)

Change in menu for us tonight we will do the tuna casserole tomorow as my baby sister is coming over and she loves it go figure so tonight we will have roasted asparagus, eggroll and shrimp fried rice.

I am finaly back and caught up on e mails it has been so busy sory if I missed anyones posts and congrats to all who are hanging in and losing. We are having Tuna casserole tonight kind of boring but we are trying to clean the cupboards out. Last nights salad with shrimp was really yummy. My salad was so full of vegies I had to use a big bowl. Down 32 oz of water can you all catch up...........
