Are you two trying to be sure you don't get this Tree

of Life person's vegan newsletter, or do you want to

be unsubscribed from ? It looks like

Sol already removed the person who sent the vegan spam

message (now, what would vegan spam be made from?)

from this list, so you need not worry about getting

the unsolicited newsletter. You shouldn't have to

send any message to that person to be " removed " .

Yes, I figured that out when my please remove showed up on our list. I want

to stay on this list!!!!!
