Eat more whole fish (the smaller ones) to replace the fish oils - eat

more avocados since you dropped the nuts. When I was eating 2-3 avocados

a day my skin was absolutely fabulous. Ditto for when I first started

eating LOTS of fish. When either fish or avocados are not prevalent in my

diet my skin is not as silky smooth *unless* I am making very liberal use

of coconut products both internally and externally.

Hi, List,

I tend to have dry skin, but the last year, after eating lots of nuts,

seeds, fish oil, avocado

and olive oil, my skin became much better, so much so that I no longer

How is your skin, hair, and nails (the three areas that show when

essential fatty acids are

missing).

Here are some symptoms of essential fatty acid lacks:

Anyone have more pimple-like bumps on the back of their arms and

thighs?

Dry, breakable nails?

Dry hair?

Papery skin?

Other skin problems--rash, eczema, hives?

Thanks, Bianca. Avocados do that for me, too. But during the winter, I find it

hard to eat them, and

would munch on nuts instead.
