Guest guest
Eat more whole fish (the smaller ones) to replace the fish oils - eat more avocados since you dropped the nuts. When I was eating 2-3 avocados a day my skin was absolutely fabulous. Ditto for when I first started eating LOTS of fish. When either fish or avocados are not prevalent in my diet my skin is not as silky smooth *unless* I am making very liberal use of coconut products both internally and externally. Guest guest
Thanks, Bianca. Avocados do that for me, too. But during the winter, I find it hard to eat them, and would munch on nuts instead. bianca3@... schrieb: > > Eat more whole fish (the smaller ones) to replace the fish oils - eat > more avocados since you dropped the nuts.
