Guest guest
Hi, List, I tend to have dry skin, but the last year, after eating lots of nuts, seeds, fish oil, avocado and olive oil, my skin became much better, so much so that I no longer needed to use moisturizers or facial creams--an impossibility before. Now that I have stopped eating nuts and taking fishoil, and introduced more saturated animal fats, mainly raw milk and eggs, raw cheeses, the skin on my hands has become papery again. Has anyone else noticed this? What about those who eat mainly animal foods? How is your skin, hair, and nails (the three areas that show when essential fatty acids are missing). Here are some symptoms of essential fatty acid lacks: Anyone have more pimple-like bumps on the back of their arms and thighs? Dry, breakable nails? Dry hair? Papery skin? Other skin problems--rash, eczema, hives? Thanks, son
