Guest guest
, Raw milk has none of the problems that homogenized, pastuerized milk does. It has the essential enzymes needed by the body and the lactic acid hasn't been altered by heat, so it also poses no problem. Milk from a typical supermarket is definitely to be avoided at all costs, but a good source of raw milk products would be quite beneficial. C. Guest guest
Hi Kim, This sounds like a good possibility. Before I order a gross of it, does anyone else have a reason not to Sorry, but I'm starting to fill cabinets full of stuff that I can't take or use so I'm trying to be careful before I rush off and buy more stuff. > > Whey gave me a horrid tummy ache and I don't like soy, so I found a Rice Protien powder by Nutribiotics and that is what I use. Very gentle on the digestive system! I mix it with raw goat's milk, rice milk, or almond milk. > > Kim
