Raw milk has none of the problems that homogenized, pastuerized milk does. It

has the essential enzymes needed by the body and the lactic acid hasn't been

altered by heat, so it also poses no problem. Milk from a typical supermarket is

definitely to be avoided at all costs, but a good source of raw milk products

would be quite beneficial.

Hi Kim, This sounds like a good possibility. Before I order a gross

of it, does anyone else have a reason not to ;) Sorry, but I'm

starting to fill cabinets full of stuff that I can't take or use so

I'm trying to be careful before I rush off and buy more stuff.
