Didn't ask him about raw. > > No, that is what raw is; not cooked. Cooking destroys the enzymes that make raw milk so valuable. The dairly industry hates it because it destroys their business, but raw milk, both cow and goat are gaining rapidly in usage all over the country (USA). Raw milk is best because not only are the enzymes that are needed for digestion intact, the lactic acid isn't altered either so doesn't have the same effect that the lactic acid in pasturized, homogenized milk has on stomachs and digestion.
