Guest guest
I had a rough time at first, too. Then I felt pretty good for a few months and now I'm backsliding again. I know part of MY problem is that I never did the testing to begin with (no money) I so wish I would have! Practically everyone has problems adjusting to Cortef? i am having such a rough time with Cortef that I am beginning to freak out. Anyone had a rough time, then felt good? Jeffries' book makes it sound like Cortef works like magic. If not for Val and this group, I'd probably give up. Is difficulty adjusting just par for the course?
