In the expanded version of his nutritional guidelines, Dr. Mercola

does briefly mention that he gives raw milk the thumbs up:

" Raw milk (unpasteurized) would be acceptable for most non dairy

sensitive people but is not commercially available. Cheese may be

acceptable if you do not have a severe dairy allergy. It would be

helpful to avoid yogurt as it is made from pasteurized milk. "

The odd thing is that he doesn't seem to realize that yogurt is

typically heated to pasteurization temperatures, unlike kefir.
