DHEA levels on blood test should be at least 300 according to most docs who

concern themselves with healthy DHEA levels. You shouldn't take it if you are

high in it. Most people with exhausted adrenals also have deficiency DHEA.

Hi Val,

Since I can't go off HC to test hormone levels for now, how would I

know if I needed to take DHEA also? Would it hurt if I took it and

didn't need it?

instance they may be referring more to DHEA than the other steroids.

You can test ANY hormone levels while on HC Except cortisol.

I really have no idea which way is more accurate for DHEA. But either way is

better than none! You can't guess at whether it is low or not and try

supplementing it as you can get in trouble wiht low or high DHEA.
