Guest guest
Thanks for the encouragement, Mom. It means a lot to me. Joanne Re: The Devil Named "Ciggie Butts" Joanne, You are doing wonderful. Mom is proud of you. Not only for the weight but especially for the ciggie butts. I lost a great Dad at the age of 64 because of cancer of the kidney (hard to diagnose in those unenlightened days) due to ciggs. Inoperable by the time it was found. As I sat by his side in the hosp. as he was deep in coma, I thought of all the things left unsaid and undone and I miss him to this very day. The only good thing that came out of that experience was that I never put a cigg to these lips. However I did put sub sandwiches which were my undoing but my condition, with the help of Dr. A, is reversable. I wish I could find that article (maybe someone out there has it) that tells how your body and lungs regenerate month by month after you quit smoking. Glorious body. Here---let me take better care of you. ))) Love Mom Pudge Please visit our homepage at http://members.xoom.com/AChallengersYou will find information, recipes, before and after pictures. To contact any of the the list moderators, you can email them at: (jocee131@...)Kari (kari@...)Norma (norwood@...)JJ (cybercat1@...)Dianne (lambert1@...)
