numbing of left foot and fingers on left hand

Hi all,

I've developed numbing (goes to sleep) of my left foot when I sit at

the computer..it happens almost instantly.

I also have been experiencing the same type of numbness on my left hand

specifically the left side including the small finger and finger next

to it..it wakes me up alot in the wee hours of the morning.

I had read something about this being connected to either thyroid or

adrenal problem but can't remember where I saw it..

Any info anybody??
