How funny about sharing medicine cabinets! As it happens, my drug

store was selling Melatonin Buy-One-Get-One-Free, so I have a whole

extra bottle and I'm not even sure it'll work! If it weren't for

shipping times, I would totally mail it to you!

Assuming I remember, I'll let you know how the melatonin works out.

Thanks for the recommendation of Kava. It does sound good. Come to

think of it, the PS is like that for me -- even though I'm wide

awake at 2 am, I'm relaxed and mostly content to lie there.

I'm sorry about the hospitalization, but, yes, there are benefits!

Hi Cherie,

I've read secondary addissons (lack of adrenal stimulation) can be

caused by a major loss of blood..not sure if your experience

qualifies but it sure sounds like it might?? I gave up alcohol myself

about 8 years ago. I'm sure those times I over-indulged took it out

of my adrenals.

Hope you are having a peaceful day.

---Hi Cherie,

Alot of BS out there about Kava and liver problems etc..If I was you

I would take the time to read up all the info on the root of the

matter site link I gave you..but it does say not to take if you have

bi-polar depression!

Love
