Guest guest Posted March 4, 2002 Report Share Posted March 4, 2002 I notice that Meijers grocery store has two types of papaya; one is roundish and the other is twice the size with an elongated shape. Does it matter which one I use to make papaya pepper? I will try to get an organic papaya at the Whole Foods market today; is there a certain type I should use to make this pepper?
