Well, I think probably Echnicea is OK for me. I was grabbing at straws all day

trying to figure why I felt so crummy all day - shakiness, anxiety, lost,

lonely, slight nausea. Then, as I was out shoveling snow, it occured to me I

had taken a probiotic at bedtime and Lomatium herb as I had been in a large

crowd of people and wanted to kill off any viruses. I should realize by now

that with my yeast problem the die-off nearly makes me crazy. Now, I'm thinking

it may be a BIG factor in my inability to tolerate thyroid. Naturally, since

I've had to be off thyroid the yeast has probably just proliferated

What are your thoughts, Val and everybody for getting out of my mess?

I would be happy to hear from anyone who has experienced yeast problems. My

sibblings have these issues also, but do not have to treat thyroid and adrenals.

I think you can safely takwe it as loing as you don;t react to the

echinacea. Some folks do some don't. But I have known people that have

taken it for over a year wihtotu troub le,
