Hi Val,

I'm in a bit of a quandry..Here are my temps again.... moved up from

30mg to 32.5mg HC cream Wednesday.

Sun 98.23

Mon 98.43

Tues 98.7

Wed 98

Thurs 98.16

Fri 98.76

The quandry is I got to speak to Dr P. yesterday evening. I've an

appointment to see him on 31st January. He said I should up my cream

more and start taking 30mg Armour on Saturday & Sunday and if no

problem add in 30mg Armour aswell in the evening on Monday..

Obviously my temps aren't stable but he doesn't seem to go by

this..what do you think??

By the way I'm happy to report the sleeping pill worked last night, I

got at least 8 hours and felt so much the better for it this morning.
