>>I think Minnesota and Iowa must be stuck in a nasty weather pattern.

Wisconsin too. There's another storm moving in now. This heat and humidity

makes me feel sick.

Hey All,

I'm back and I'm still alive. Thanks for all the great feedback. I

really do drink way too fast I think. I notice a difference when I take

smaller sips. The trip was fun. Teaching Teneage girls to Canoe is

scary and the rocky cliffs they made me climb in order to fish were

terrifing. But we caught 21 fish and they were Happy so all is well.

They teased me a little at first about my " special " ice chest of

yogurt, string cheese and water but they were very supportive. Someone

was always asking if I had eaten or If I need a bottle of water or a

Nap. I had to remind them that I was supposed to wathching them not

them watching me. All in all it was in awesome trip. I couldn't wait

to get home and share.

I'm thinking about all of you new post ops - the journey has just begun

but as I am learning everyday, its awesome.

thanks and love
