I have trouble sleepin even with a sleep medication.

Last week though I slept pretty well for me and I had

Trouble getting out of bed. It is difficult with the level of

Fatigue I experience to get out of bed even if I wake early.

It sucks! Lol

No it is not accurate unless oyu wean off them for at least 2 weeks.

What oyu need to determine now is are you taking too much or not enough.

I would suspect not enough at stage 5. Most people in that stage or

higher need HC.

My doctor wants me to use Seriphos to lower my nighttime levels. My day

levels are low. Should I just try the Cortef and see if I sleep well. I

don't want to take more than I need.

Thank you,

Sue

Val this may explain why I wake up around four, too early, and can't get back to

sleep for several hours, which is really inconvenient as it takes 11 to 12 hours

for me to get enough sleep. And I have migraines when I don't! When I can

afford it I am going to have a canary org saliva test just for THAT time of the

night, and see if that's why. I suspect it because I have sleep apnea and sleep

is stressful for me due to all the sleep disruptions.

Question, is there anything I can do to make the body NOT produce so much

cortisol at that time of night?

Yes gettin enough cortisol in the daytime will stop the high might time

cortisol. It is from high ACTH all day when you haven't got enough cortis that

the cortisl finally is able ot respond only it responds inapropriately at night.
