Guest guest
Barb, I just ordered my first sample pack from Grassland Beef, as recommended by Dr. Mercola. I was wondering if there is a reason you do not want to order from there? Or does anyone else have experience with this company and what were their results? I haven't been able to talk to the farmer yet so I don't even know if he sells milk from the cows or if he only sells the meat. Does anyone know anything about these cows? Would they be good sources for beef and milk (given that they are raised well)? Thanks, Barb

Guest guest
, I don't know anything about Grassland Beef. I'm just trying to find local sources for my food, particularly milk, so I can have it as fresh as possible. Guest guest
Do you mean you are going to try to buy your beef " daily " so that it is never frozen? ----- Original Message ----- From: Barb Carr Sent: Tuesday, March 19, 2002 6:31 PM Subject: Re: Murray cattle , I don't know anything about Grassland Beef. Guest guest
No. I want the milk to be fresh. If I'm going there to get milk, I would also buy beef from the same guy rather than pay the extra to buy it someplace that has to be shipped. I don't have a problem freezing beef. I also don't eat it daily so if I were to pick up some milk and beef on the same day, I would eat some of the beef and freeze some of it.
