Guest guest
I have a terrible case of seasonal affective disorder right now. Very very depressed and anxious and hoping that thyroid optimization will help this as well and get me thru the rest of this winter. Re: Re: Experiences with PS and Insomnia Please >>In this vein, would it make sense that as I ramped up Cortef, my light sensitivity became MUCH worse? I'm ordering the Florinef today. <<
Guest guest
Me too. Your history sounds eerily similar to mine. Except no pituitary tumor, and I don't regularly take any sleep med as none work. Do you get 4 hours in one straight sleep? If so, sounds good to me, though it certainly isn't enough sleep. sol KC wrote: > I'd give anything to get a good night's sleep - a natural good night's sleep > that is. Guest guest
Let me give you hope, , I had SAD for many years. This year I don't have it and it is a direct result of Armour, iodine, and supporting nutrients. So, hang in there, your time will come. Anytime antidepressants are weaned, it must be done very slowly. in cloudy NE Ohio ----- Original Message ----- From: Gikas Sent: Saturday, January 05, 2008 12:18 PM I have a terrible case of seasonal affective disorder right now. Guest guest
I am thinking this might be trick of big pharma..All agents have side effects (especially the big pharma's) especially if an agent is used incorrectly and or long term. bw Nil Re: Re: Experiences with PS and Insomnia Please Sometimes kava seemed to help me and sometimes it did nothing. I've rarely used it because of liver worries, that are often mentioned re Kava. But I just looked it up again in " The Green Pharmacy Herbal
