this is sign of high cortiols.try seriphos. when is your cortisol high? in the

afternoon or at night? when I learned about seriphos I was already at stage 7 so

I never used it at earlier stages.you need to give a try.if your cortisol is

high at night than start with one before dinner and next day add one before

retiring.if it goes high earlier in the day you may need to start before lunch.

dosage may change depending on your needs.some go up to 8 capsules per day. I

find that adaptogens also help me. rhodiola or relora. bw

Question about Sweating

As long as this adrenal thing has been going on with me, I have been

sweating excessively. Not in response to environment, like a hot

Thanks! I'm just stage 3, and my cortisol's high at night, so I'll

look into Seriphos as you suggested. I haven't heard anything about

it before.

it is another form of PS, advised for adrenal patients. not sure why it is

preferred.make sure you take it couple of hours before your cortisol starts

raising. otherwise it won't be of much help.

Really?! I'm also trying to work with PS to get some sleep. It would

certainly be handy if one thing could help with that and the

sweating. I've been taking PS right at bedtime, so maybe I should

try it earlier in the day before I give up on it.

Thank you!

Okay, I used to sweat a LOT, now I cannot even keep warm. I'm wearing a hoodie

in the house (with hood up) and my feet are freezing again. I had my thermostat

set at 66 and now I have it up to 70 and still canot keep warm. I liked it

better when I would sweat occasionally. :)

Maybe I need to back up my HC dose from 20mg to to 17.5 or 15?

YES! I find that taking a tiny HC dose when I start sweating stops it cold.

I am having both. The tops of my hands are painfully freezing and my

palms are sweating. What is up with that?
