Same here, it seemed soooo bitter when swallowing it, but I didn't want to eat

today and I am waiting on a scale to weigh the cream, so I took it SL and I was

amazed. I didn't move my tongue at all until it dissolved.

What brand of HC are you taking? Mine is Hydrocortone (Merck, etc) I can't

stand the bitter taste on my tongue even as long as it takes to

swallow it (when I do have to use the pill form). Even though I get it

down fast as possible the nasty taste lingers too long.

Thinking about putting the pill piece into an empty capsule in order to

avoid tasting it at all.
