I'd like to add to what Val said.

http://www.realthyroidhelp.com/

On this forum there is a Men's section. They advised that in addition

to what Val has told you that my husband should take action to get his

estrogen levels down. They have advised that he takes Dim. You might

check in with them when you husband gets his results back from his

saliva testing.

I had the same problem with my estrogen being high and got the same

advice. I did as Val said first and got on Isocort (now on HC) and my

estrogen dropped down to normal range within a month.

Thank you Gale, I felt warm just reading your post!

General question: Has anyone heard of a product called AdrenaCalm, by

Apex Energetics (nutritional complexes). My complementary doctor put

me on this lotion after my abnormal tests results last year. I was

suppossed to apply it twice a day based on my test results.

I don't know if it was working specifically because I didn't continue

and never retested. (I didn't really understand/believe that he could

find out it was my adrenals with saliva! and muscle testing). Although

he was the first who first 'diagnosed' Hashi! with muscle testing. How

weird...

It phasphosphatidyl serine but iot also has: vit B1, B2, valerian

root, lemon balm, milk thistle.... and a bunch of other stuff but the

first ingredient is PS. He knows I don't take drugs (ha ha) so I

trusted that it was OK

?
