I am not convinced that there are not other homeopathic alternatives to this crap. Seems to me that Almighty God put natural products in our reach that do not cause harm the way this stuff does. Do any of you have some alternatives and would you write to me please if so? Another thing: I have been ramping too slowly I am sure. I do not understand the temperatures thing. I am taking them as regularly as is humanly possible here. What are they supposed to reveal exactly? When they reach a certain temperature, you say? And what else should I look for? Some patient person please reply. A brief and curt " go here " is not what I need right now.
