Guest guest
BTW- For anyone who needs it, there a great homeopathic product that my holistic gyno prescribes called " Yeast Away " which are vaginal suppositories. She also prescribed Boric acid capsules. Usually, they have to send the prescription to a compounding pharmacy but I found that you can get Boric Acid powder (like in a plastic tub) from CVS and then you find your own capsules and fill them up (I got the capsules from a medical supply store type pharmacy) and this way it is cheaper than getting them from the compounding pharmacy because they cost about $1.50 each there. Guest guest
Thank's so much, for your comments on yeast. Glad you have it under control. I've not been bothered ever with vaginal yeast - I know that sounds weird - but have some toenail abnormality, which I treat continually so the fungus doesn't really disfigure them. We eat pretty much of a pristine diet green salads, oliives, sprouts, cheese and turkey, however, when I indulge in deserts at night,I really pay so I've learned my lesson. I've read lots on yeast, and it can even get into your brain, which I believe it has, as I have some horrible feelings the next morning if I indulge in deserts. This is something that is inherited and passed down in families, my sister keeps got hers under control with Nystatin and Diflucan, and of course good diet. I have terrible reactions on these drugs, which I think is die-off. Best Regards, Pat Re: Experiences with PS and Insomnia Please > > Thanks Cherie, > ould you try the Kava? Guest guest
That's interesting, . I have the plastic capsules and device to fill. The boric acid would be a cheap way to go, if I can tolerate it. Thank's Pat Re: Experiences with PS and Insomnia Please > > Thanks Cherie, > ould you try the Kava? Guest guest
My husband was just put on bicarbonate soda for a yeast cleanse. Is this like, totally crazy? Guest guest
Just insert them right into the vagina when you go to bed at night. Guest guest
My yeast is in my brain too. I am now on a very strict candida diet including removal of all food allergens per food allergy/candida panel blood test done recently. I couldn't believe some of the foods that I ate everyday that were like poison for me. Re: Experiences with PS and Insomnia Please > > Thanks Cherie, > ould you try the Kava? Guest guest
Actually, it's not that crazy. I've even heard of douching with baking soda diluted in water sometimes works for vaginal stuff. I think it's because it changes the PH. Re: Experiences with PS and Insomnia Please > > > > Thanks Cherie, > > ould you try the Kava? Guest guest
Boric acid is a really good fungal killer. I have used it as a shampoo, to wash clothes and appliances, for carpets, and my parents used it to wash our eyes out when we got infections as kids. It has a lot of uses and you can buy pharmaceutical grade in bulk over the net. Be prepared for die-off reactions though if you take it internally. Cheri Re: About Yeast That's interesting, . Guest guest
Glad you shared that about brain yeast. How do you keep it from making you crazy? I don't believe I' m doing anything to aggravate, but I might be surprised. eh? Are you able to take Nystatin, etc.? How do you relieve the detox effects? Thank's for yoour help, I'm getting desperate and wonderinf if Isocort couldbe adding to it - I hope not. Pat Re: Experiences with PS and Insomnia Please > > Thanks Cherie, > ould you try the Kava? Guest guest
I use it in capsules for yeast infections and it works. I have to admit I would be really scared to take it internally though, it does have a skull and crossbones on it. Yikes! Re: About Yeast That's interesting, . I have the plastic capsules and device to fill. The boric acid would be a cheap way to go, if I can tolerate it. Thank's Pat .

Guest guest
I'm at least fairly certain it's in the brain, as if I take any type of anti-yeast drug or supplement, I feel depressed, anxious, can't sit still, lonely, homesick, and a host of undesirable feelings. Even Grapeseed extract did that, as it is an anti-oxidant. RegardPat Re: Experiences with PS and Insomnia Please > > Thanks Cherie, > ould you try the Kava? Guest guest
Thank's for pointing that out too. I remember my dad used it as an eye wash. Pat Re: About Yeast That's interesting, . Guest guest
,for me it is a feeling that everything is noit alright when I wake in the morning. I can usually trace it to the fact thatI ate sugar at night or some really high carb. Or,if I took herbs or supplemen that would have a strong detox effect that manifested with die-off symptoms. There is lots of good information on internet that goes further into this. Re: About Yeast My yeast is in my brain too. Guest guest
Yeah, possibly a sluggish/non-working hypothalamus or pituitary gland.. Re: About Yeast My yeast is in my brain too. Guest guest
I don't know anything about taking it orally. I would suggest going to a pharmacy and ordering some and then putting it into capsules IF you need it for vaginal stuff. Re: About Yeast That's interesting, . I have the plastic capsules and device to fill. The boric acid would be a cheap way to go, if I can tolerate it.
