I forgot to update my carbs from lunch! Should have been 18.6 total

Well,

It's been a good day, I'm taking an on line course right now so I get emails from the list all day long and it's like having friends stop by all day to give me encouragement

I did 80 oz water whoo hoo!

1/2 cup shrimp - 1.0

Pre -Dinner

4 tbsp home made dressing - 3.0

Post Dinner

Fitday Totals

Carb total: 18.6

Water total: 80 oz

Calories: 1120

Exercise: 15 minutes on stepper and 30 minutes yoga
