Hives and hyperthyroid

I would appreciate anyone's comments on this. As some of you know I

have been suffering a severe hives attack for one week now. I

cannot relate the breakout to anything right now...,I know that

takes time and patience. But I know my body, and I just cannot shake

the idea that is has something to do with my thyroid. Several

internet articles also relate hyper to hives, but don't say why or

wherefores.

In the meantime, I am entertaining the idea that I may have gone

hyperthryoid, and since hyper accelerates all the systems in the

body, it could have accelerated my immune system to dump this

enormous amount of histamine into my system. Does this make sense to

anyone?

My last labs show hyper....ft3 of 9 with 5 being high range. Yet,

and this is a big yet, I FELT FINE, temps were 98.6 and didn't have

major things going on, a little hand tremor. I was reluctant to

lower Cytomel because I knew my temps would go down. Dumb right? I

had posted a long time ago asking what was more important: labs or

symptoms? Don't remember any responses, but for right now, I'm

thinking maybe I should get off the cytomel for a while? Should

labs be the major marker here and screaming at me that I'm

hyper....even tho I didn't feel it before?

Since last week, I've lowered it by half, but now, and this could be

due to sooooo many things going on, and the meds I'm taking

now...but I'm getting strong heart palps and anxiety...which also

reflect hyper.

To top it off....this atarax I'm taking has me zombie and I'm not

even sure if I'm making any sense on this post. My hubbie has

already noticed me talking with slurs and getting words backwards

and such....so sorry if this is a mess!

Please if anyone has any ideas that can help me I would appreciate

it.

Thanks

Naffy
