Salmon is ok. I wish I had an American Walmart I could go to so I could buy

some (the little things one misses..lol) Even though everything I eat has

protein I still have to my shakes

I see allot of you using these syrups, how do you use them? Do you just add

them to water, or your shakes or what? Thanks
