Thanks . Forgot I take B12 sublinguals and get the Vit D with my

calcium. Yeah, from all the reading I am doing, I think that it is low as I

have an extremely hard time getting going in the morning and then am pretty much

dragging all day unless I lay around and do NOTHING and that I really hate doing

that. Then I seem to wake up about 10 p.m. and cannot go to sleep until after

11 or 11:30 if I do not get to bed before 10 that is. But I am in school

besides working full time and active in my church so getting to bed early

sometimes is just not an option. To be honest - I really don't know how I keep

going as I do - guess I am just too darn stubborn to stop...LOL

Thanks

Re: Feeling horrible

B12 and Vitamin D may be beneficial as well. It does sound liek adrenal

problems but best ot get th etesting done so you know what you are

treating. Low & high can both have very similar symotims.

Hi Christi,

Have you had your vitamin D 25 hydroxy tested? Mainstream medicine will do that

because of all of the recent press about it. If it is low, you will need

prescription strength vitamin D, more than what is in your calcium.

,

Have not had that tested yet. Once I get the salivia results in then I will be

going to my doc and will get the tests done then.
