Guest guest
Hi Mark, Thanks so much, I will work on eating with my HC! It kind of makes me wonder though if the HC has a bad effect on our systems? Sara Mark Munyon wrote: Hi Sara, I'm not sure if mine is the same but I get it if I don't eat often enough. The trick too for me is to eat BEFORE it happens or else it doesn't go away for a little while. I've noticed I haven't been getting it anymore since now I eat something at least every four hours with my HC dose. Guest guest
Inner shakiness is a symptom of LOW cortisol. It meas you are stressing this morning about seeing your unsupportive family. I would be stress dosing to stop this. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
Val, please correct me if I am wrong here. When I first started taking HC, before I got up to 20mgs, I would have the shakiness you talk about and hypoglycemic issues. I started taking 5mg of Biotin as suggested by Diagnostechs on my saliva results. I don't know if it was the 20mg+ of HC or the Biotin or both, but the shakiness and hypoglycemic issues have gone away. Hope this helps, English > > Inner shakiness is a symptom of LOW cortisol. Once oyu get HC adjusted correctly it should stop. If it doesn;t you are not dosing correctly. It is thee 2.5mg adjustments in dosing that usually corrects this now unless the addition of a B vitamin that you needed badly supports your adrenal function I do nto se how it could correct it. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
My Diagnostec test results put me in stage 5 and said the same thing - could benefit from biotin supplementation - at the bottom of the page where doctor's comments appear. > > I started taking > > 5mg of Biotin as suggested by Diagnostechs >
Guest guest
Hi Sol, Sorry to take so long to respond. My computer issues continue.... The biotin was suggested in the Patient Result Interpretations just below the test results.
