Guest guest
I am reading a lot about the possibility that MSM can reduce pain in RA and Scleroderma. I recently bought Glutamine Powder, and believed that that was an anti-inflamatory and could help me also.. I have Raynauds, Diffuse Systemic Scleroderma and Sjogrens. Do both MSM and Glutamine give us some benefit, or is it just the MSM. Would appreciate any input on this. Thanks Gail **************Gas prices getting you down? Guest guest
Hi Gail; MSM is an anti inflamatory and extremely important in cell building as it is a sulphur compound.Glutamine helps heal a leaky gut and works solely on the gut.
