I am reading a lot about the possibility that MSM can reduce pain in RA and

Scleroderma. I recently bought Glutamine Powder, and believed that that was an

anti-inflamatory and could help me also.. I have Raynauds, Diffuse Systemic

Scleroderma and Sjogrens. Do both MSM and Glutamine give us some benefit, or

is it just the MSM. Would appreciate any input on this.

Thanks Gail

Hi Gail;

MSM is an anti inflamatory and extremely important in cell building

as it is a sulphur compound.Glutamine helps heal a leaky gut and works

solely on the gut. Lynne G./SD
