, Went down that path and for me it flared my lupus. Not sure

what in that my body was unhappy with but I know I have a lot of

sensitivities.

On www.vitaminshoppe.com they list the ingredients for you.

I do not know if that will help you. on the other hand..this

worked for him.Depends I guess on how sensitive to different things

you are.

No side effects. I do think it helped but not enough to keep me off big gun

medications.

pain.

Thanks anyway for your suggestion.

One of the main ingredients is turmeric, and I used organic turmeric on its

own very successfully. I put about 1 TBS in 8 oz of pomegranate juice and

drank it down- YES it is disgusting. Within 15 minutes it could stop my pain

and inflammation in its tracks. It felt like it was soaking up the

inflammation. It is is only 5-6 dollars for the turmeric vs the cost of the

Zyflamend.

Another word on that- it was very important to use organic, non irradiated

turmeric. That old stale stuff in your spice cupboard won't do the trick- at

least not for me.

Hi ,

I still sprinkle it on my vegetables and in my salads and smoothies. I no

longer take those big doses, because it's been a long time since I've had

those emergency episodes. I used unsweetened pomegranate juice just because

I was drinking a lot of high antioxidant juice at the time, to try and

offset all the oxidative stress going on in my body. The major academic

hospital near me has clinical trials going on to test turmeric in lung

disease. High consumption has been correlated with less MS and inflammatory

conditions.
