Does anyone take 5-HTP or a Serotonin-making supplement?

Does taking a Serotonin-making supplement (15 mg. each of:Vit.C,

thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, biotin, pantothenic

acid, inostitiol, PABA, choline) 25 mg. 5 HTP, L-tyrosine, & 50 mg.

assorted herbs & minerals) help with anxiety and depression from it?

When do you all feel is the best time to take it? The supplement I

bought (SERO 5) by Chapter One says to take 2-4 caps at

bedtime. The above ingredients are per capsule.

How long after you begin taking this type of supplement have you found

goes by before you notice results?

Same questions about 5-HTP.

My goal is to PREVENT my body from any more physical and mental

stress!! I'm awaiting futher treatment by my doc. Right now I'm only

on Armour Thyroid & need treatment for Adrenal Exhaustion, goiter w/

nodules and possible female hormone balancing, if my bio-identical

creams aren't right.

Your knowledge and experiences are appreciated.
