Guest guest
I drank aloe vera juice and yes it does help. I drank mine for healing and to help when I was in pain. I think the brand I used was Good Earth. I just drank it as needed in a juice size glass so I guess that is 4 to 6 ounces. Carlene **************Start the year off right. Guest guest
It doesn't upset my GI at all so that's something. Just wondering whether anyone else had tried it. Guest guest
I tried it some years back. More than one brand. It gave me the runs so badly I couldn't keep on with it. I can use 's http://www.warrenlabsaloe.com/ But you know, I've had to stop a lot of supplements simply because I can't afford them all. And even if I could, I couldn't remember to take them all, LOL. sol jasrich wrote: > It doesn't upset my GI at all so that's something. Guest guest
:^) Yes -- gallons and gallons of s over the years. About 1/2 cup a day for months at a time. Now that you mention it, I think I'll get more. Since I stopped driniking it lately, my stomach has been burning. But I somehow forgot about it! :^) Violet > > > >> I drank aloe vera juice and yes it does help. I drank mine for > >> > > healing > > > >> and to help when I was in pain. Guest guest
I remember a doctor saying to me that different brands vary, so if one does not suit try another. Val
Guest guest
I take 2-3 tbs a day to an empty stomach, 1-1 1/2 tbs at a time. It does seem to help some.
