Guest guest
I was using preg for a few months too and stopped. I am pretty sure it was causing high estrogen because I got the worst estrogen dominance I had in years. I have not used prednisolone so I can't say on that. I will say with all the antibiotics you are taking, I sure hope you are taking high doses of a good Probiotic because you are killing your good bacteria in your gut along with any bad and that will cause you more problems in your immune system. Cheri prednisolone tapers, illness and advice?? I have had bronchitis for two months now. It has not responded to two rounds of antibiotics, inhalers, expectorants, herbs, vitamins..etc. So this being my third time to the doctors....he gave me a methylprednisolone taper pack. More antibiotics and albuteroal (again). I have been on adrenal cortex for over a year, and recently pregnenolone for my adrenals. Also on NutriMeds thyroid. I was planning to take a break from the pregnenolone anyway, since I think it's raising estrogen. Anyway...wondering others experiences with using this? Good, Bad? Will I end up with more adrenal problems after using it? I have heard that some people do not respond to ACE after using predisone. This is prednisolone..but still.... Appreciate any advice.. . Guest guest
Yeah, I recently read the same thing about DHEA. Also, bodybuilders do " cycling " of T3. Interesting info out there and I am still trying to get my head around it all. Cheri -----Original Message----- already on top of the gut.... I take probiotics every day. The antibiotics have been in stints, usually two weeks goes by before I am given another one. I did one round of amoxicillian, and one round of zithromycin. All while on probiotics... I have to or I would have serious yeast problems. The problem is that none of it has helped at all. I agree on the preg..I had to increase progesterone to help. I am going to stop using it for now. I read that it should be used off and on and not continuously..probably for that very reason.
