Carlson's is quite good, IMO. Also recommended by Mercola. The drawback

with capsules is that you can't tell whether it's gone bad unless you cut

open some of the capsules, but if you can't handle it by the spoonful,

that's a reasonable price to pay.

Is there aproblem with cod liver oil from the grocery store. I have some. It

tastes mild and fresh. I have no problem taking a spoonful in the morning.
