Guest guest
I have this annoying pounding in my ear. Like hearing my heartbeat. Is this cortisol, or thyroid. I notice it gets worse after my throat feels swelled up prior. I've tried popping my eardrums out and nothing helps. Any suggestions. Guest guest
The pounding heart can be from many things but it is a sure sign of only one.. an imbalance. I would try increasig magnesium, especially at bedtime. I would also try more sea salt, cutting out all caffeine or at least cutting it in half. These would be the first offenders, but hypo can also cause this as can high or low cortiosl. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Thanks. I'll give them a shot. It's probably my hypo or cortisol...I've got a doc appointment next week. Im so excited!! Praying that this one will straighten me out...or at least I'll get some more levels to post. Thanks > > The pounding heart can be from many things but it is a sure sign of only > one.. an imbalance.
